In general, with higher viscosity grades, the dosage must necessarily be reduced to avoid much-increased water demand and cement shrinkage-related weakness. Conversely, low dosage means inadequate water retention for lower viscosity grades, leading to shorter open time and lower strength.
GinShiCel MH 133-M at 0.25% to 0.35%
GinShiCel MH 336-X3 at 0.2% to 0.25%
GinShiCel MH 512-AX at 0.15 to 0.2%
For tile grout, usually the particle sizes of the aggregates are very fine, leading to a generally high water demand, thus we cannot use high viscosity products. Also, because grout has a much lower exposed surface area comparing with tile adhesives - during application. This means that high water retention is also not needed.
GinShiCel MH 37-S fits this application quite well. Recommended dosage is at around 0.2%
